Stayed for3 nights and I'm glad to leave, my husband and I found the bed very hard and woke up with back ache, room was clean and made up every day. But our main thing thing here was the staff were very rude and not helpful at all. It costs nothing to have manners and the staff here had none

Next time we chose an hotel where it s not like sharing your room with other customers. We can hear any whisper of the room from the left and the room from the right. You can also hear the shower and toilet which is actually really lovely and sharming.

You step out of hotel and you’re in the midst of shops and the buzz of people, walking distance to San Marco square! However, the room was way too small and the breakfast area was also very small.
The room and bathroom were clean

This was my third time staying here now. I just love it. The location is perfect and everyone is so friendly. San Marco is just a short walk and the hotel is beautifully located close enough to everything, but far enough away from the hustle at peak times.

Best part of the hotel is the location for sure. Situated right in the middle of all the tourist areas and all the fancy shops with a budget of a price. Everything was walkable distance from St Mark’s basilica and doge’s palace. The hotel was a little hard to find (tip from me is to look up for the hotel signs because there was no sign on the actual door). The hotel itself is fairly small but understandable considering the amount of room buildings in the city have to work with. The hotel staff was very friendly and English speaking. They’re also willing to watch your luggage after you check out so you can keep touring the city for free (they don’t lock it away but it’s in the lobby area where the receptionist is at). We were able to check in early. The elevator was hilariously slow and weird (you had to hold the button for the floor you wanted until you reached the floor). The room itself was cozy, fairly small, but for me it was ok in size since my goal was to really tour the city and not stay in the room anyways. Breakfast was in another floor for 5€ which you pay the receptionist afterwards, buffet style. Only downside is that it was fairly far from the train station so you would have to lug all your luggage a little over a mile in cobblestones and bridges till you reach the hotel, so travel light or it’ll be a work out like mine was haha, or you could hire a gondola/taxi, but I guess that’s the price to pay to stay in a prime location.
