TL; DR: Do yourself a favor, save your money and vacation and chose a different place because of this hostess our vacation was ruined.
We have traveled in Italy for 3 months and stayed at more than 40 B&B's, hotels and apartments. This was definitely the worst one. Anna, demand us to pay by PayPal in advance and so we did for all the 5 days we've ordered. We also booked a privet parking space at a "nearby location" and sent our estimated time of arrival. At the same day of check in, Anna sent an email which explains that she can't provide the parking space and that we should go to a public parking lot 1 km away and that she is abroad so she will send her friend to help us check-in. This apartment was without Air conditioning and it was so hot that we could not sleep or eat at the apartment. The groceries we bought rotted overnight and were thrown into the trash. Even Anna's friend said it was impossible to stay like this in the apartment and brought from her home a fan and basic products that were missing as, soap, shampoo and cleaning products. Unfortunately, it was not even possible to Relieve ourselves from the heat with a shower due to a problem with the faucet which caused to a freezing water at one moment and steamy hot the next. The holder of the faucet was broken, so was the toilet seat. After two nightmare nights, we informed Booking.com that we could not stay in the apartment and agreed with them (after they had checked with Anna), that if we leave on the same day, Anna will refund our money, we had immediately ordered another place and hastily left the apartment. It should be noted that we spent a considerable amount of money on a last-minute reservation in a tourist city. To this day she didn’t send our money back with strange excuses. Terrible place!
The worst place we have ever stayed in! The oner stole our money! We have arrived to the apartment after a long walk in the middle of the heat wave. Anna promised to provide a near by private parking but at the same day of our arrival she send us an email that we need to park in anther public parking lot 1km away from the apartment. At our arrival, Anna wasn't there abd a friend of her give us the keys. There was no air-conditioning and the heat was unbearable. We have perched some groceries and they all spoiled. The shower hendel was broken, some of the windows didn't had curtains so at 6am it was all sunny in the house and so on. We have called Booking.com as Anna was abroad, they told us to leave the apartment and that Anna will give us our money back. She told booking that we made damages to the apartment so we will not give hs our money she told them we stayed more nights then we actually did and so on. Keep your money and save your vacation - don't go there!
It was really a very nice surprise to enjoy this extremly great location in Torino. It is in the very center of the city, in an interesting historical old venue, next to a small plaza, with great restaurants. The apartment is really welcoming, very big, with cosy atmosphere and a nice balcony. You can find there everything you need for a holiday (including kitchen and all staff). The host is great, you can feel like home and it can bring you a very nice experience. I recommend it for the holiday, it was one of the nicest places we stayed abroad.
