First time in Turin and we picked this hotel as it seemed to be a good location and it sure was. Blocks from train station and near the main shopping and restaurant areas. Staff in lobby were great, friendly and gave advice on how to walk and get to certain attractions as well as giving us restaurant recommendations that were spot on.
Hotel lobby was large, two lifts, a floor where a dedicated breakfast area was provided with a large amount of seats and space, a small onsite restaurant and overall just a nice facility. Clean and comfortable rooms, high ceilings, okay sized bathrooms but a tight and low shower that was a bit difficult to manage for my height and I'm only 5'9.
Breakfast was one of the best I've encountered. Italian and German items, as many guests seemed to be from that nation. Cereal, fruits, pastries, eggs and bacon and lots of other items all served in a very nice seating area with white table cloths and silverware. One of the best I've expect in my travels.
If I return to Turin, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Great experience!More
