For the most part, we loved Duparc. We are 2 parents, 3 adult children and a 13 year old. We arrived on 12/18 and I was quite ill. After 2 days of fever I called the front desk to ask for a doctor. A few hours later a doctor arrived and she was wonderful. Because I was so ill for so many days we had to change our plans and could not check out of the hotel as planned. We had a 2 bedroom 3 bath suite that we loved. We were moved to 2 different rooms so could not all be together. It was also a tremendous amount of work to pack everything and all the food in the kitchen. But they did accommodate us during a very busy time. It also ended up costing so much more. The front desk is extremely wonderful.

The hotel should provide a list of extensions by the phone in the room. I didn’t know how to call the front desk and had to go downstairs to speak to them. Also, we had no idea that there was room service which would have been a big help. As I started to get better my 13 year old became ill so room service would have assisted us. Breakfast was okay. We had dinner at the hotel twice and while Mauritzio was wonderful, the meals felt rushed and pre-made. The WiFi is horrific. There is one smart tv with zero English programming which is fine we’re in Italy. I would never have worried about tv except that I spent 5 days in bed flat on my back and then my son! We needed some tv. We have Netflix and amazon but trying to watch movies was a nightmare as the WiFi was so poor. It would take 3 hours to watch a 90 minute movie. Toilet paper was another problem. We kept running out. Only 1 roll in each bathroom. We would have to go search for housekeeping. The apartment was so well appointed with an iron, a washer, a dish washer, pots pans etc. but no toilet paper!

To the hotel: stock additional toilet paper in the rooms; improve your WiFi; add a phone list and room service menu to the room. And get a new key system. One key was a nightmare. The kids would go out to a club, come home at 3 am and have to wake us up to come in. My husband and I would go to breakfast and the “clubbers” would still be asleep when we got back. We ended up leaving the door open everyday.

Great hotel for families with a great staff.

Our room (actually an apartment!) was very spacious and fully equipped. Everything is extremely clean and cared for and they've thought of everything in terms of providing the comforts/conveniences of home. The kids loved cool sofa beds that flip apart like transformers and slept well. I rated sleep quality slightly lower because there was some mild noise transfer from the adjacent suite and some traffic noise that might bother light sleepers. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would stay here again - highly recommend! The staff were highly professional, friendly and helpful with every interaction! We arrived late in the day and were hoping to buy some ski pants before our ski trip the following day. The staff recommended a great shop within walking distance and also called ahead to make sure they would still be open and let them know we were coming. Great service!

probably the nicest room in Europe, i have stayed in for that price.
completely new, large room and bath room.
overall a super experience, breakfast buffet was a bit boring though.
but if i was in turin again i would definitely consider staying here again.
the finishing of the room was really nice and you could see they had paid attention to details.

Very good hotel, huge rooms with kind and generous staff. Lots of parking outside, though it require extra pay to city. Breakfast could be better, but was ok. the place is not close to city center, but if you have a car it would be a very good place to be located on
