The coffee was really good, the place is small but nice and cozy. The croissant filled up with cream was honestly perfect.

We stopped here for coffee and a cake as it is a really gorgeous historic cafe decorated in belle epoch style.

The decor is fabulous and the coffee was excellent. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

It is relatively expensive, 3€ for an espresso, but worth it for the ambience and good coffee.

This Mulassano cafe is only a few steps from Barati e Milano, almost missed it, nice small cafe with seating outside and inside. Sat inside had Bicerin, regular and decaf served with a shot glass of water taken from the middle of the cafe water spout-beautiful set up. We ordered an apricot pastry it was a tad tart. Coffee was strong with chocolate and well made. The water on the side you can drink before or after you take your Bicerin.
When we had our Bicerin in Barati there was no glass of water on the side, however
they presented it in a glass. Even Eataly had a shot glass of water on the side.
Better get your Bicerin at Mulafsano.

Mulassano is a charming old world, old style Italian cafe serving coffees, hot rich chocolate, delicate sandwiches and cakes on silver pedestals at a leisurely pace. A perfect place to while away time and absorb the atmosphere.

We visited Caffe Mulassano in Feb 2018. Their coffee is so smooth and tastes very good. Hot chocolate is in Italian style, thick and strong like chocolate sauce. The decoration is beautiful, like you are back to 1900s. Barista is nice and friendly even we cannot speak Italian. Good spot for coffee and bakery.
