I had a great stay in Ms Valeria apartment in the earth of the city, close to green spaces. Ms Valeria is very nice and always does her best to help you with everything you may need! highly suggested!
We arrived into Malpensa late and only got to the apartment at 10pm. Valeria sent her trusted friend Willy to greet us with a bottle of white and some bread/buns for breakfast!
We stayed there for 6 days and found the apartment to be clean and complete. Even had a shopping basket with rollers and umbrellas which came in handy when we went to a wholesale market in the rain. Washing machine n ironing board etc.
We initially booked it for 4 pax but in the end we decided to bring my 9 year old along and the apartment had ample space for the 5 of us.
What I like about this place is that you feel safe in and out of it. All the windows had a roller shutter and a grill.
If there should be any issues, the Building manager lives just next door. Very friendly and helpful but speak little English....which was ok still with signs etc.
First of all, Valeria is the kindest person. She not only provided breakfast, but also included gluten free bread for me. When our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive she came out to meet us and also took us to the nearest supermarket before she left us.
The location of the apartment, once you've found it, is excellent, both for getting into central Milan by Metro and for getting out of town. There is free off street parking.
The bedrooms are both comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen are well equipped to a high standard. I'm not sure I'd have fancied it for seven people but for the three of us (or for two couples) it was great.
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that there is really nowhere comfortable to sit. The dining chairs are fine for eating or working but the sofa didn't have enough support for our backs (but would probably be fine for younger people).

My friend and I stayed 3 nights in this lovely apartment a 10 minute walk from the QT8 metro stop. This meant that a 10 minute ride on the red line took us to central Milan and the Duomo. The price of £79 per night was great value for a 2 double bedroom apartment.
Valeria the owner met us at the apartment, spent some time showing us round and explaining everything necessary and had kindly provided some snacks and a bottle of wine. She was very helpful, ringing to book a taxi 2 days after our arrival (when we contacted her to say we were having trouble) to collect us on our last day.
It was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, in which Valeria had also provided useful items such as coffee, teabags, olive oil, condiments, napkins, kitchen towel etc.. There were plenty of towels, spare pillows in cupboards and a basket of toiletries in the bathroom which although small was perfectly adequate with a good shower. 1 double bedroom was a little small but had a comfortable firm bed, the other also with a firm mattress but more spacious with several wardrobes and a light/ceiling fan which was much appreciated as the weather was hot and humid until our last day. There was also air conditioning but we did not need to switch it on as the apartment was very cool.
The open plan area with seating, dining table and chairs and kitchen was stylish and light and airy. There were blinds at all windows and the bedrooms and open plan living area had the continental shutters.
An important factor for 2 women travelling abroad is security and this was excellent with an outer lockable gate to the block of apartments, a further lockable door to the building, a secure lock on the apartment door and barred windows.
There was a large IPER supermarket, eateries and shops but this centre was about a 15 minute walk away. Those with a car would be fine. We ate twice in an excellent self service restaurant there which was great value, a huge choice of food (great for me as a vegetarian) and a high standard.
Valerie came on our last day to return my 100 euro deposit and to see us safely in to the taxi, having checked the price with the driver.
Overall you couldn't find a nicer owner or nicer place that was so central while at the same time being in a quite and safe residential area.
Great vale and highly recommended.
