When we got there we discovered that the rooms they put aside for us were extremely tiny and cramped.
When we complained they upgraded us immediately without charge to reasonable sized double rooms.
The staff was very helpful.
When the air conditioner started leaking water in one of the rooms, they immediately gave us a new room instead (while still letting us keep our stuff in the original).
The kosher breakfast they supply is just a platter of cup cakes, cheese and yogurts.
They supply free parking, but only have 3 or 4 spaces for all their guests and they don't reserve the spaces for you. If you don't get one of their spaces it will cost you about 25 euros per day for parking.More
