We stayed in this Villa for a week the location is in a beautiful part of Italy and is only 20 Minutes drive from Mentone Beach and Marina.
The villa is spotless and the facilities are excellent, you need for nothing. I would recommend this delightful villa to anyone.

“Fab retreat, with Italian charm and lots of sunny terraces”
Reviewed 9 May 2015 for a stay in September 2014

Lovely house with a great ambience and lots of sunny terraces,. You can follow the sun or hide from it if it's all too much. Plenty room for Adults and children to play or relax, with access off both sides of the house to terraces and the luxury of the kitchen being in the heart of the house.
The village is completely Italian, and has lots of comings and goings, overlooked by the beautiful Trinta Chiesa (Church). The nearest Pizzaria is in the next village, Porra or truck, and both have basic shops.
The mountain roads are fantastic for cycling, although very steep, and the beach at Ventimiglia is very lively, with lots for all. The surf beach at Palandra is the hidden gem, along with the river pools in Rochetta.

“A lovely getaway”

We spent a week at this villa at the end of June 2014 with family members of all ages. What a perfect week it was. The accommodation is very comfortable and while the location of the villa is very tranquil it is only a short drive into Ventimiglia where you can take the train to places like Monte Carlo or Nice which are an easy short distance away. Ventimiglia itself has a vast selection of cafés and restaurants so plenty of choice to eat out. However if like us you want to shop daily at the fantastic market then you will find the most wonderful fresh pastas, cheeses, fruit and veg to cook your very own Italian gastro food, just wonderful. Friday is the local market day and not to be missed but be prepared for a busy town centre ! We would recommend hiring a small car as the road to the villa is narrow for the last part and parking is compact. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and enjoyed this area very much, will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

“Beautiful, relaxing, romantic villa - never will forget it!!”

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in this beautiful villa. The view from the patio is breathtaking - a great place to sit, read, sip a glass of wine, and watch the sun set. You can do as much or as little as you'd like to do in Ventimiglia. We enjoyed eating seafood pasta on the beach, going to the huge open market on the weekend, shopping for fresh veggies, olives, cheese, wines, breads, olive oil, etc. in the food market, and walking around the downtown area. Nice, San Remo, and Monaco are all just a short, beautiful, shoreline drive away if you want to venture out a little more. We have vacationed in all kinds of places, but this is truly one of our favorites.

“Very relaxing, great for families”

This is a great house for relaxing and getting away from it all. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening and having great family and friend time.
It is easy to get to Ventimiglia and take the train to Nice, Monaco, French Riviera, San Remo.
Foodie heaven for fresh market produce, bakery items, fresh pasta and delicious food.
Nico's pizza at bottom of road has a fun party night with live music on a Wednesday night if you want to get your foxtrot on. Lots of other good eateries in the area.
Great place to relax.
