I have spent a fair amount of time around Piazza del Populo in recent years, and must have been asleep at the wheel to have missed this restaurant. We had dinner there this week and the ambiance was terrific. Although you are in the middle of one of the busiest piazzas in Rome, you think you are in the country set in a beautiful garden. Service was very good as was the food. It may not have the flare of places like La Pergola (3M*), but we very much enjoyed our dinner. This will be on our list the next time in Rome. Price/quality ratio acceptable. We would have spent about 100 Euros per person if we had not spent more than usual on wine.
