Had a wonderful time at this hotel, metro was across the road and easy to use. Staff were lovely. 10-15 minute walk to coliseum. I would say that the plumbing was seemingly typical Italian so I could hear water from showers and toilets clearly in room. Beer garden was lovely and bar staff perfect. Would go back in a heartbeat

Good hotel - good breakfast - excellent bed and room - shower is strong but beware no shower door - excellent breakfast - be sure to ask for espresso’s, capucino’s and OJ - staff is excellent, front desk very helpful with local info and recommending restaurants - staff in breakfast room also very good, cheerful and helpful - hotel is located next to a metro and close to Coliseum - spent fours days here and I did not want to leave...

Room Tip: Ask for inside room with terrace

This time in Rome, we changed districts. This Hotel is quiet achiever. It would appear that it is a one night stopover, we stayed there for seven nights and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Situated at the Manzoni Metro, outside it has Tram and Bus Stops at its entrance which made travel quite easy. It is midway between the Basilica San Giovanni in Laterano and the Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore. The desk is manned 24 hours a day. The young ladies at the front desk (Rossella, Gabriella) were very helpful with Allessandro and the Dining Room Staff good value. they were always ready to assist. Thank you all! There are good eating places nearby within an easy walk.

Room Tip: Ask for the Executive Suite.

Stayed in the Milton mid June - a really nice hotel but they are not really catered for serving food, so if you want an evening meal then you will have to go out and about - some lovely restaurants within 5 mins walk from the hotel. I never had breakfast in the Milton as it was €12 each and when there is 3 of us it soon mounts up but there is a cafe right across the road and we got a coffee and pastry every morning which was adequate. Hotel has a lovely beer garden but beer is not cheap - €8 for a small Peroni which soon mounts up - bar man Simone was really good and very friendly. There is a metro station again across the toad and this is really handy for getting around at only €1.50 per trip - Vatican only 8 stops away - Colosseum is about 15 mins walk and is certainly a must visit attraction - don’t forget the tax that you have to pay at the end of your stay. Overall very friendly staff in a great hotel and we had a fantastic trip to Rome - must visits are Vatican, Sistine Chapel, Colosseum and St Peter’s Basilica inc Dome for the stunning views.
