Just like all the other hotels in Rome, it’s not cheap.
It’s not that it’s old or all the materials bad furniture or beds are new and nice, but layout shows me signs of renovation. It’s shame that window view is very bad, with thick walls blocking half of view. Gym is very small which I used every day.
Breakfast was decent, so it makes typical ok business hotel. Location is kind far from any nearby offices or attractions.

I went with my boyfriend as he was working out in Rome so the hotel suited their location. However I would say if you are looking to actually visit the centre of Rome during the days this is definitely not the place to stay. It takes upward of 40 mins in the morning to get into town and on average €36 for one trip. The surrounding area is very uninteresting and there are no shops or restaurants near. You are on a main road really. The hotel rooms were very basic - lacking bathrobes, the beds not hugely comfortable but the pillow selection good, the cups for coffee and tea were all plastic which was a bit scruffy looking and also impractical. Food at the hotel is okay though, not amazing but still okay.
Good things: location if that’s where you want to be for business, great air con, comfortable pillows, helpful reception staff.

Spent four day family holiday in Rome. The hotel did meet our expectations well. Room quality as well as breakfast ok. Big shopping center approx 500m away. 1.5km to closest Metro station. Taxi from the airport 55eur, could have used the train via Termini also.

Easy to find, good parking spaces; quick checks in and out. Had a dinner with my wife and we were very pleasantly surprised by the choice and quality of the dishes. Service also very attentive without being intrusive. HAving booke a few days in advance we also enjoyed a good deal!

Room Tip: Up (and not above it) the the third foor you also get a nice bacony..

Plus
+ Kids area for children where they can play.
+ Good housekeeping, clean rooms, fresh towels everyday
+ Working lift and alternative stairs
+ Staff speaks English and polite
+ tea / coffee bags and electric kettle in the room.

Minus
- far away from the city center (almost at one end of Blue Metro line)
- 18- 20 minutes’ walk from the nearest metro station Eur Palasport
- nearby lone Bus service is erratic
- no complimentary breakfast (not even for one day if you stay entire week)
- smell of cigarette in the lobby (even though hotel is no smoking area)
- There are no shops or grocery stores nearby (not even a vending machine, Bank ATM etc.)
- lift works with Room key cards (there are no instructions) written about this near the lifts.
