We were made to feel at home by the lovely woman who met us and helped us with any questions we had.
The apartment was clean and well equipped. One bedroom was a bit small with a small back window, however, the bed was comfortable
We enjoyed staying there and would do so again..
We were so happy with the layout and location of the apartment. So close to so many things. We loved the cafes right outside the door and if you are a shopper, you will be in heaven. We were able to get in early to the apartment as we had a tour at 1200 and wanted to leave our bags. Everything was perfect-o!
From the start of communication with Fabri and Karina, I knew we found the right place. They were extremely prompt, thoughtful, and courteous, answering our many (many!) questions by email. (Many VRBO's return emails were not as personable as Fabri to say the least!) Fabri arranged our car service from the airport, and it all worked out so well. Karina was at the apartment waiting for us with a big smile to welcome our travel weary family. She gave us a tour of the flat, and little tips, and pointed us in the right direction for a nice meal. She arranged 2 private tours for us, which were both top notch. Cyndi did an amazing job our first morning in Rome. Karina even switched our Vatican tour at the last minute, which I don't think was easy for her! But all with her happy way and smile! The flat was very, very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment was spacious enough for 2 teens, 1 tween and parents. The supermarket was right outside our door. The location was great, very quiet street but still had some coffee shops/restaurants/shopping right outside the door. Fabri sent a list of favorite restaurants before our arrival, and all of the recommendations that we tried were so fabulous. I am highly recommending Fabri and Karina's apartments to a few friends that are traveling to Rome. Oh! And the fruit basket when we arrived was a fabulous touch! We wish we could go back soon! Sognando di Roma!

We enjoyed staying at this lovely apartment near the spanish steps area in Rome. Nice restaurants, cheese shops, tira misu, shopping all are steps away. Yet the apartment is quiet at night. There is a small market a few doors down with most everything you need food wise. Antica Enoteca, about a block away is a lovely wine bar with great food and you are less than a five minute walk to the metro and a taxi stop. The location was phenomenal, a great launching pad to see all of Rome. I would definitely stay here again. Please note that there is a clothes washer but not a dryer in the apartment. But there is an oversized drying rack which works just as well.
Sorry we write the review late after we stayed . We have stayed at this apartment with 4 adults and one child 2 years old. The apartment is right in the center and only 5 minutes walk to Spanish steps and metro station. It is near to all pedestrian street where all the restaurants and shopping malls . 5 minutes walk to Popollo square ,15 minutes to Pantheon and Trevi Fountain if you know the way. Apartment is clean with 3 bed rooms and 2 bath rooms , small kitchen and WiFi there are every thing we need actually. The only thing i want to complain was the bed it was a bit hard and no duvet or blanket they provided very thin bed sheet on top the bed to use as the blanket which we felt not enough and some morning the weather can be very cool ,some room and carpet were a bit old. but over all it was so clean and we were happy with the location the most .
we like to recommend our friends and we did but it would be nicer if they could improve what we commend . the staff was very polite and friendly on the day we arrived too.
