“Absolutely the best apartment ever!”
Reviewed 29 November 2015 for a stay in September 2015

Our review is for a stay in September, 2015, for five nights before a 28 day cruise around the Med and then a transatlantic to Florida. I apologize for the tardiness of this review, but time gets away from you while visiting so many wonderful parts of Europe.

First, the location is superb! It is in the heart of the old city of Rome, and it was soooooo easy to get around. From our apartment, we were able to walk everywhere quite easily. We found excellent restaurants and shops of all kinds within a few blocks' radius. As well, Trastevere is just a few minutes away and across a lovely bridge. Obviously, the Campo Dei Fiori is just around the corner, and it has a wonderful daily market, In addition, a lovely food and wine(mini supermarket) was just around the corner. We found everything we wanted there from a bar of soap to wine to cheese to diet soda, and even peanuts to go with our wine happy hour after a loooooong day of walking around Rome!

Next, the apartment is even better than all of the pictures show......all pictures depict exactly what we lived with for those five wonderful days, and our experience was that living in that lovely and historic apartment was so comfortable and relaxing, and had everything we needed from dishes and silverware and pots and pans to a wonderful shower and bathroom. We had wine and cheese and crackers on the lovely patio several times, and slept wonderfully on the comfy bed. The convenience of having the wi-fi and a docking station to charge my ipad and iphone was marvelous, and so easy! There is a small working elevator available, but was seldom needed, as the stairs were quite easily managed, even by a retired gal with two "new knees".

Francesco was incredible, in that he answered all of my email questions almost immediately ! I often thought that he must be working late and early every day, as no matter what time of day I emailed him from the US, he would answer so promptly! He arranged a wonderful transfer for us from the airport to the apartment, and then again for our transfer from the apartment to Civitavecchia(Port of Rome.) Both drivers and cars were excellent, in every way, with new and beautiful automobiles, and professionly dressed and friendly drivers. Also, during our stay, we often got emails/texts from Francesco, asking if we needed anything/everything working properly/ etc. All was wonderful.

I felt like a real Italian every morning, when I got up and dressed, went to the living room, and threw open the sound-proofed windows, and there below was real Rome, with older men arguing about politics, women strutting off to work in their perfect skirts and knee-high boots, brick layers getting ready for their days' work, etc, etc. It was just like in the movies. However, don't think it was noisy, as we were never once bothered by noise from outside and the street below. We truly felt like we were LIVING in Rome, not just visiting and staying in a hotel! My husband and I will stay in Campo Dei Fiori Hi Tech Terrace again, whenever we are in Rome. I just hope that Francesco's calendar will have openings for us!!

“Great Apartment for your Rome Visit”

Francesco's apartment near the Campo de' Fiori was the perfect base for our 8 day stay to explore historic Rome - within walking distance of many of the sights and with many dining options nearby. The previous reviewers accurately describe all the amenities and features of this apartment. Francesco was an excellent host - responsive, very helpful and accommodating - from apartment booking, to check-in through our departure. We also arranged airport transportation through Francesco which worked out very well. Thank you, Francesco!!

Francesco has thought of everything to make your stay convenient and comfortable. Great lighting in all rooms. Washer/dryer that work perfectly. Restaurant suggestions were all outstanding. Just minutes away from Campo with easy walking distance to most attractions (even on rainy days)
A great place to relax after all day sightseeing and museum visits.

“Just the ticket.”
Reviewed 13 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

Very good. We are a couple of "old uns" and wanted what Rome has to offer in early September without the restrictions of hotel life.. Francesco is punctual and efficient and this apartment provided just what we wanted. Quiet, very important to us, comfortable although with limited bathroom space, and well kitted out. Clean and actually quite Hi Tech. The Limo arrived on time and was not over priced and the local amenities provided all our living requirements. Not a luxury residence, but in an area we wanted to be in, in fact, "Just the ticket"

“My home away from home”
Reviewed 2 August 2015 for a stay in July 2015

Good experience booking through Trip Advisor, peace of mind. Apartment administrator was quick to reply and provided clear directions, street where is located was easy to find, the driver (Uber) that drove us from the airport was proud of his skills, he had to sort out some tight corners and streets to get us to the place, but it dropped us right at the door. Apartment is near key locations (old city) but is not on a main street, making it very quiet and relaxing.

Myself, wife and young daughters arrived earlier than anticipated, when the apartment was being prepared for us (cleaned, new sheets, etc). We were able to drop our bags, familiarize with amenities, and get the keys to start our day while the apartment was finished. Upon our return a few hours later the flat was ready for us, admin left us a bottle of red wine, wine glasses and expressos ready to go to help us cope with the jetlag, nice touch!

Apartment is just as described, modern, clean, excellent location and well kept. Coming from the US, where air conditioning is a must, we really appreciated how well the A/C units operated, considering Rome temperatures were peaking 95 - 99F degrees.

My wife and I occupied the master room, and my two daughters (8 and 10 years old) shared a comfortable sleeper in the living room. There's a small refrigerator, enough to store basics (water, bread, cold cuts, etc), kitchen is fully equipped but we did not get to use it. Wi-Fi is solid, better than average and satellite TV offers basic channels in various languages.

Excellent place to stay, no issues and I will surely try to book again in my next visit to Rome.
