Location ( provided you don’t drive a car there yourself) is great. Breakfast is plentiful, and weather permitting, roof top facilities for cocktails is great
However, the concierge was downright rude when we first arrived and he caused a lot of confusion. Can’t drive your car to location easily because it’s located on a pedestrian walkway. For price you are paying, you receive minimalist
toiletries and amenities, and the room is very small.

Myself and my cousins stayed here for 4 nights in October. It is a lovely old hotel which is very well appointed and clean; it has a lovely roof terrace and restaurant/bar. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is in an ideal location being close to the Spanish Steps and mid point between the Vatican and the Colosseum. Plenty of choice of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Room tip: My room facing the internal courtyard was very quiet although no view!

Can hardly fault this hotel, great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and clean room with fast wifi. The bathroom was a tad small, especially the toilet which I had to back up into. This could be fixed by removing the bidet - I love Italy but I really don't understand the bidet thing, they take up so much precious space and rarely get used.
message to all hotels - get rid of the bidet and free up needed space in the bathroom.

Room tip: ask for a room without a bidet

We stayed in Rome and happened to get there the day before the Pope ordained six more saints so there was some serious crowds and noise until very early in the morning. Loved the place and its location within walking distance of many churches, monuments and ruins. I would stay there again. I may not review the restaurant on the roof with a different name because it was SOOOOO good. Also you can see many of the spectacular sites while eating an excellent meal. BTW rooftop is only open during the summer and fall. Its small so make sure to make reservations or and alternative plan as we were in no hurry and saw a few get turned away. Overall like the place. Loved the restaurant. dont stay here on the weekends or during busy times unless you get a upper floor room. Also taxis from the train station may be a problem because its close, Offer 20 euro and it will get you there.

Located conveniently for Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and for Shopping.
Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast could be better.
Noise on 2 nights sounded like furniture being moved in room above for about 15 mins around 11.00pm.
Paid extra for Superior room. Very clean. Overall disappointing for a 4 star hotel.and expensive although all hotels in Rome seem to be pricey.

Room tip: Courtyard rooms supposed to be quieter but although on 4th floor could hear hum of air conditioning if window opened slightly.
