We started and ended our Trafalgar tour with this hotel. Breakfast was good, much better than I expected. The location is a 25 minute walk to the subway, not close. Lots of tours stay here. It is relatively near the airport while still being in Rome.

Positives: Comfy beds, clean rooms, nice towels, great staff, and fantastic pool. Good breakfast included. Also, parking available nearby for small fee. Plenty of taxi's on the property waiting to be called by the concierge.
Negatives: Not close to downtown Rome. We walked about 10 blocks to the Metro to access downtown. Not close to an eatery so we ate at the pool bar area for lunch which was reasonable.

This is not a central hotel. if you want to go to the centre, you must take a taxi. Good facilities. Nice room and clean. We had two dinners in the hotel and were good. Drinks at a reasonable prices. Groups breakfasts are mediocre, don't match the category of the hotel.

The hotel was big and impressive, and the facilities looked beautiful, but our stay wasn't enjoyable. They turned off the air-con (or possibly set the same to fan mode) at around evening. It would have been understandable if it were winter, but we stayed here during the summer, so it was very hot inside the room. I went to the guest relations officer to complain, but he was unable to help us.

Breakfast food was also average.

The location is far from Rome city-center. No convenient means of public transportation are available unless you book a taxi.

Stayed at the Efrgife Palace on a tour of Italy. Flew into Rome airport and was brought here by the tour company (Trafalger) from the airport. The tour company provided transportation to Rome and major attractions. The area is in a a residential area with limited shopping and dining in the immediate area around the hotel. The hotel does a have a well stocked gift shop and store for personal items and shopping if you want to shop. All four in our party enjoyed what was served in the restaurant. The tour company provided breakfast which was ok to get started before our busy day touring Rome. They have a great pool. I enjoyed my free time at the hotel by the pool .
