We toured their Buffett selection before deciding ala carte. Thank God we decided that because the chicken were very juicy and tasty! My wife had the pasta was great too.....serving were huge so for typical Asians like us would reccomend a soup or starter and a main.....more than enough!

Thank Brionykeen

We took some friends for dinner, looking for something a little bit different from the usual pizzeria it turned out to be a great choice! The atmosphere is modern, informal and cosy at the same time. Some of us had pizza and others pasta - all of it very tasty, well cooked and presented. There is an excellent choice of beers from different small breweries which is fun. The service was friendly and discreet. Definitely a place we will return to!

This restaurant is not in the center of Rome, it's not (yet) a trendy place but it's maybe because of that, that I really enjoyed more my visit. With some friends we had dinner at Emporio on a monday night arriving late after 10pm but finding the nice staff ready to serve us. We really enjoyed our food, traditional Caccio and pepe pasta for some, grilled meat for others (I had the Danish entrecote, excellent...with the help of the chef I chose my piece from the meat counter) and fried vegetables antipasti for tutti quanti.
Cannot say anything about the wine, cause I don't drink...and hey it was only monday :D but I saw that they have a long wine list, you'll have to check by yourself. What I can add though is that ou don't want to miss their home made "tortino al cioccolato" the real one, the one that when you cut it with your little spoon the hot chocolate melt on the plate mmmmm...very gooood.
The owner came twice to ask if everything was ok and also offered us some "amaro" and "limoncello" we thanked him no, but maybe next time...the check was in the average, but with a far better quality of the food and service than in most Rome's center restaurant. I'll definitely come back @Emporio.
