Food was wonderful and service was exceptional. Would highly recommend. Rooftop bar area is quaint and charming. Views are great. A great place to unwind after a full day of Rome. Great location too. Did not stay in the hotel, only went there for dinner.

Our triple room had a fabulous view up the cobbled street which was fairly quiet at night however the bin lorry was a good alarm to wake us up as the room was pitch black at night due the wooden shutters.
Comfy beds and good air conditioning, Some rooms had kettles some didn't, fantastic views from the roof top bar however it seemed rather small. We enjoyed our breakfasts and ate out at the many restaurants, there was a corner shop opposite to buy simple supplies. For the less abled I would contact the hotel to check room access etc lots of stairs and some rooms appeared awkward to get to. Reception booked taxis to return us to the airport. Free wifi connection was okay.

Dear Guest,
we thank you for your review and we are happy you appreciated all the view from your room and from our roof garden. Our position is strategical for visiting all the main turistic and historical attractions and for people who want to search the shops and little special things you can find only in the beautiful Rome historical centre.
We hope for welcoming you again soon.

Hotel Forum is in the perfect location in ancient Rome. Steps from the forum and a short walk to the Colosseum and Palatine Hill. Great restaurants just a short walk away in all directions. You can walk to most major sites or catch the metro at the Colosseum.

We had breakfast included in the rooftop restaurant. Perfect start to each day. Scrambled eggs, bacon, pastries, fresh OJ, cereals and yogurt.

We stayed in a family room - 2 adults, 2 teenage boys. Queen bed in one bedroom, two twins in the other. Both have nice well appointed bathrooms. Mini bar in room. Comfortable and well maintained. Desk staff was always helpful and steered us to good food and sights.

Really charming old hotel with great view from roof restaurant just few steps from Colosseum and Forum Romanum . The rooms are not so well equipped as in new hotels and the bathroom could be cleaner but the atmosphere, location and breakfast on the roof with super view compensate all the small mistakes. And hotel staff is really friendly.

I have stayed maybe twenty times at the forum over the last ten years, Although always on business, I look forward to the Forum. Great location, literally 100 Metres from the Forum and less than ten minutes walk to the Coliseum. It is on a little lane with some fantastic restaurants, but also near a main thoroughfare , with even more nice restaurants. The best thing is breakfast, food is good, the view would cheer up an onion {as my mother would say}. There are these two old Italian guys who seem to eat there every morning, dressed in beautiful suits, real style. I assume they are owners, but they remind me of the two old guys on the muppet show, Rooms are nice, TV is terrible, roof top bar is lovely, Going to the pub doesn't seem to be an Italian thing, so there are two brutally bad Irish pubs near by. As an Irish man, I had to try them, but horrible (as Mr. Trump would say). No iron in the room, which is a problem on business, but there is an ironing room somewhere, You will love the place.
