The fountain is impressive and is enhanced by its beautiful setting. Good photos with the sea in the background. If you are in this part of Naples, do not miss it

With the Bay spread behind the monument and the road curving in front, this Fontana makes a great focal point for an evening stroll along the Via Partenope. Originally designed for the Royal Palace by Bernini and Naccherino but in 1905, it was moved to the present site. As others have said, not a must do, but well worth a few minutes as you pass by.

Fontana dell' Immacolatella (o del Gigante) is a great spot to gain some spectacular views. It is near a busy area, but it is not so bad when you are actually on the site. There are some cafes and restaurants nearby and you can sit down and just watch the world go by.

We loved the views from this area and the fountain is beautiful. Would be better if not so much traffic was near so that you can get the entire thing in the photo, but we got nice pictures anyway. It was a nice walk along the waterfront.
