We booked a room with a sea view and it was worth every penny that we paid for that place. This apartment is located around the edge of the Amalfi beach. it is 5 mins walk from the main beach. If you are old or have issues with your knees, then of course think twice. As you have some good amount of steps to climb up. But once you reach the room, all those efforts are long forgotten. You have a direct view of the beach and the town. The room itself is basic and well furnished. There is also kitchen with all the required utensils. There is nothing as such to complain about the room. Of course this place is not luxury. But for us, the views were so amazing and that was in itself a luxury. I will very much recommend this place if you want to stay in reasonably charged apartment with awesome sea views.

We had already contacted Hotel Amalfi for check-in (Check.in of this place is in Hotel Amalfi). So the hotel lady had come to pick us up at the bus stop and she did the check-in and took us to the room. I would highly suggest to do this.

Room Tip: Sea view room without doubt

The apartments are so pretty and in a really good position in Amalfi. The staff is really nice. From my room I had the most amazing view I have ever seen. Waking up there is just wonderful.
Absolutely recommended.

This apartment has the best views over the Amalfi town, beach and sea!!!
We had to check in at the Amalfi Hotel in town (take note as this is not mentioned in the reservation) and we were greeted very friendly and we taken on a walk to the apartment. On the way we got good tips on were to shop and eat. The apartment is not very big but has a small balcony with the said great views. Furthermore the is small kitchen and table. Our bedroom was not small and also a window with the great views. The shower was quite small. Be aware that to reach the apartment one has to climb a considerable number of steps (for us is was no problem and we could work of one of the ice creams ;) )

I stayed only one night in July.
Eventhough it was difficult to find(no reception), the view was amazing.
Room was not big, but bed was comfortable.
I am really looking forward to staying casamalfi again!

We booked the studio with sea view. Note that the reception is at the Hotel Amalfi (shown on map), and the studios is above the beach (see my photos).
Pros:
- Amazing view from our little balcony (we could see a beautiful show of fireworks on 27 of june (Festa di Sant'Andrea)
- Close to the beach and centre of Amalfi, in a safe area.
- Good wi-fi signal
- The studio have a lot of kitchen ustensils.
- Giuseppe is a very nice guy who gave us a lot of advices.

Cons:
- It's expensive, but you will pay for the view. Overall it worth it.
- No breakfast included
- To get to the studio you need to climb 142 steps but for us it was a gimme, even if we had some heavy luggages.
- The balcony door hasn't a mosquito net.
- There isn't a safe box.
- Even the studio was pretty clean it could be better. The towels are changed after 3 days and it's better to have some shower gel/shampoo with you.

Room Tip: Chose a studio with sea view.
