This used to be a much bigger Hotel. Over the last year they've downsized to one floor and the rest have turned into condos. That being said, the location is good. You are a couple of blocks from a pedestrian walkway including many shops. There is a grocery store downstairs as well as other shops. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Parking is a bit tricky, but it's manageable. There is someone at reception but getting into the hotel is a little difficult the first time as reception is on the first floor. All in all I've stayed there many times and would do so again.

Booked for one night as we were driving down to Sicily after some pretty disastrous nights previously were apprehensive as to what we would find. It was great, modern, clean and very welcoming. Our concierge Valentina was just lovely, arranging a taxi to take us to the old town and recommending a great little restaurant for dinner. Just spot on!

Positives first: Location wise this is 5 minutes from the main high street where there are some shops and cafes. The room was modern in finish and had good aircon. We were met at check in as the reception is not in use or finished.
Negatives: the finish in the apartment was very poor. The plug socket in the bathroom had a gap between it and the tiles which made me very nervous with a young child travelling with us. The towel rail was hanging by a screw and could have fallen off at any moment. The room wasn't cleaned the day we were there. If you are going to cook for yourself, take your own cutlery as we had two plates, two forks and two glasses. The balcony didn't have any furniture, so we couldn't sit out on it in the evening. The floor was filthy when we got there, as we discovered when our son was crawling around on it.
Overall, if you need a place to sleep then this will do, but I wouldn't recommend for anything more than that.
