Got a combination ticket to see both the science museum and Hemisferic 4D Dinosaurs cinema at 6pm. Science museum was good although not in English. The 4D cinematic experience was terrible!! We requested headsets in English language and it either switched to Spanish or French. The 3D glasses were “active” so one pair didn’t work ie needs batteries. Actually ruined the day me climbing over people watching the 3D film as I couldn’t see any staff to flag down during the film. I even saw another person looking too as her 3D glasses didn’t work either. The staff were apologetic and even explained there were staff about but I could not see anyone for 30 minutes into the 50 minute film. Note this is a very small screen. London IMAX is far more superior. Don’t bother going as you are far better off seeing the science museum and enjoying Turia gardens rather than waste your time queuing up then watch a film that speaks in another language, can’t locate a member of staff and seeing a blurry screen which you can’t really watch in 2D either!!

As others have said, there are ongoing problems with the multi lingual headsets.
On Saturday 2th March at 3pm I went to see voyage to,space.
The first headset would not give me English.
An usher come the venue was busy sorting out problems for quite a few people.
After missing the first 10 minutes, I got a set that worked - for about 10 minutes.
By then there was no one to help.
The usher reappeared about 10 minutes from the end.
Trying several more headsets found one that eventually worked.
So, I had english audio for about 25% of the movie and missed seeing a lot of it while trying to get a set to work.
The usher was very apologetic and told me there were issues and to go to the payment kiosk and tell them
I anticipated I would get a refund.
Fill in a form and in two weeks I would get a response..

I will update this post and let you know what happens.

Great activity to do with kids.
Located with the Turia Gardens, and easily accessible buy foot, bike, bus or car.
Not only is the architecture awesome, the IMAX movies are great as well. Just be aware that language options are limited (Spanish ,French, Italian and English), that could be a problem for kids...
Be sure to buy a combo ticket for Hemisferico and Oceanografic (and/or the science museum). That way you can save some money.

This building is spectacular as are all the buildings along this part of the drained river. It has a wow factor and is unique to Valencia.

The CAS complex is iconic in Valencia and are impressive looking building. L'Hemisferic contains an IMAX cinema to watch a choice of 3 films. Around 9 euros or can be bought as part of a combination ticket for the other museums.

You are given a headset once inside(looks like something out of th 80's!) and this enables you to choose a variety of languages to watch the film in. The films are projected above you via a curved screen. I saw a film about space that was quite interesting. The IMAX itself was rather old and dated.

Was fine to pass some time but wouldn't go out of my way to visit.
