We stayed here for a week in one of the attic rooms. The most impressive aspect of this rental is the location, just 10 minutes from the market, cathedral and park, as well as 2 minutes away from a Carrefour Express and multiple local bakeries.
I've got no complaints, there was minimal street noise, however, the water pressure is poor if you're concerned with this (happily, we weren't)
This is the closest to a hotel level of service in an apartment setting I've seen.
Fully recommend, would return.

Room Tip: I would recommend the attic rooms

This is a really lovely apartment-hotel in a superb location in the heart of old Valentia so perfect for a visit to the key tourist spots. We are a family of 6 so tricky to find the right accommodation but this is great. Only qualm is it doesn't have a pool bit getting a pool in a great location in the centres of old towns is very hard so not a real gripe. The apartment was great with a complimentary bottle if cava too. Really friendly service with a nice welcome. Our apartment was high out back do little noise that is mentioned in other reviews. A lot of 5 star hotels by the international brands look and feel the same. This is different. It feels like you are in real Spain so a real 5 star for me. There are complemtary juices and wines and coffee in the lobby area which is a lovely touch.

Fantastic trip to the beautiful ciry of Valencia. The accommodation was a good standard, clean and an ideal location ro explore the City.
The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Our only negative was that if your at the front of the hotel hen don't expect much sleep. You literally are woken 3 to 4 times by rowdy groups heading home at 2,3 and 4 !! in the morning. It is a real shame as it let's a fantastic place down. Unfortunately we couldn't move to the back of the hotel as there was no availability. However we still loved this place and for couples it would be ideal as you are likely to be coming in at that time also. Maybe an investment in triple double glazing perhaps, but don't stick families with young children at the front of the hotel, then deny it's noisy .

These apartments are in a great location a 3 minute stroll from the central maket; 5 to the cathedral. We were warmly greated and offered a glass of cava whilst the owner checked us in and then went through many of the recommended places to visit. She showed us to our room, explained how the bed pulled out, demonstrated the nespresso machine and said to ask her if we needed anything. We could tell she meant it too. Finally she opened the fridge to reveal a bottle of cava chilling in an ice bucket. The photos on the web barely do this place justice - its very elegant, well decorated and furnished and very clean. Take the route down the stairs rather than use the lift for a glimps around the place. Other nice touches were the l'occitanne body was, shampoo and soap in the bathroom, huge supply of toilet rolls and even lots of washing up liquid in the kitchen. Beds were super comfy - even the sofa bed. We loved the location and it was near everything but it was a bit noisy at night. Valencians like to have a good time! I liked to hear all the street noises and people calling to each other, but it might interups a good nights sleep. There is a lovely rear garden to sit in during the evening or whilst waiting for friends. The owners arranged our taxi back to the airport amd it was just €15. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here recently for a 4 night midweek break and found the hotel to be exactly what we were looking for. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble, Miriam on reception was very helpful and answered all of our queries and gave us good advise. The décor of the hotel was really charming and all areas were always kept clean and tidy. We had a three bedroom apartment which was large and airy with plenty of light. There is a lovely courtyard at the rear of the hotel where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine or a cold beer.
It is in an ideal location, walking distance, for all the sights that you may wish to visit in the city centre.
