wonderful stay at these appartments.decor and cleanliness 5 star. ideal location over looking beach in old town.the owner marta was so helpful would definately book again .
This is the 2nd time we have stayed in one of Marta's apartments and again, we have had a great holiday. The apartment is ideally situated, spotlessly clean in fact everything you need for a fantastic holiday, thanks Marta. Would definitely stay again.
Excellent apartment, perfectly placed for a Benidorm stay. Easy to book through Trip Advisor, excellent communication with Marta, the owner. Clear directions and instructions on how to get into the apartment, and Marta even let us go in early as we were on an early flight; very helpful. The place is just as the photographs and reviews state, and is immaculately clean. Whilst there we ran out of gas, phoned Marta the owner, and the gas bottle was changed within 10 minutes. As the apartment is located within a pedestrian street, we gave a nearby hotel, the Bilbaino, as the drop off and collection point for our transfer shuttle, as this is just around the corner. We would highly recommend this great apartment for a Benidorm stay - it also has a great balcony with a great sea view!
Stayed in this apartment for three weeks over Christmas and New year and had a very relaxing time, , apartment had every thing we needed.pleanty of nice baker's and supermarkets around.
Went to indoor market for butchermeat etc.Lovely cafés right on doorstep. Great to get away from hustle and bustle over the festive season. Owner could not have been more helpful when we had to contact her. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Having read all the other reviews before booking, to say we were very disappointed is an understatement. In short, the apartment was extremely dirty, from the bed linen to the floors throughout, to the terrace stained furniture. Add to that, a very, very poor shower (water spurting everywhere) combined with a mouldy shower curtain.
Unfortunately for us, we did not complain at the time. We simply moved out of the apartment after on one night! We had booked for 12! And of course, we had paid everything in full. Some may say that was foolish and we should have complained at the time but our view was that that we shouldn't have experienced such a shabby standard in the first instance (the apartment was not cheap as you can see in this website) and for us....the damage was done! We shouldn't have had to contact the owner on a cleanliness matter! That is a simple thing to ensure is in order prior to your guests' arrival.
As expected, on our return to the UK, when I sent her a communication prior to submitting this review, the owner quite simply stated that we were at fault for not contacting her while in resort.
Please note that we as a couple do not go out of our way to find fault. We very rarely complain. In fact, we are always keen to give glowing reviews but on this occasion, when it is something as simple as cleanliness, we felt compelled to write this rather negative post.
