We had a nice stay in Picasso Apartments. The apartments were big and so was the outside space. The beds were comfortable. The bed settee was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. My sister had to put the mattress from the bedroom on the bed settee and this solved the problem. We found that we couldnt have a shower after each other as the hot water ran out after one shower. You would need to wait for a couple of hours before having another shower. The light didnt work but the lady at reception sorted this out for us. The lady at reception was very helpful. It was a very quiet apartment and we had a great sleep. I would definitely go again. It was great value.

Room Tip: I would pick an apartment near the top as this is quiet. I would ask about the shower. If you need to jse the sofa bed i would make sure you are comfortable.

Just returned from holiday here. On our arrival here English lady staff were abrupt and pressurising not what u need when u have been on a long flight. However the dutch lady in charge is very helpful and friendly. The man behind bar who runs afternoon shift very helpful and friendly and he let me use his phone to ring in a emergency which is good. Rooms here are spacious with a nice view, however not very clean. I must note that there are a lot of rules and regulations around the place which is off putting and pressurising, again not what u need when your trying to have a break from it all. For example another English lady was surmising my husband was drinking by the pool when he was sat on chair with family again very pressuring and not friendly . However I must state that the decoration or arts and crafts around the place is amazing and mind blowing so if u like decoration its great. Garden area is nice and has a pool table. Swimming Pool is average. Breakfast is yummy but a little to expensive. The apartments are situated on a massive hill so if your able bodied its fine but if you are disabled or elderly I would advise hiring a scooter to get up and down the hill.

apartment basic but clean, a little old fashioned but you get what you pay for , kitchen had everything in you needed microwave kettle toaster, basic pans cups utensils, ironing board and iron, staff very friendly, near to beach front shops restaurants and bars and bus routes. you had to pay extra for tv remote but your not in much so why bother unless you have kids, food good in hotel bar

Room Tip: need to take off the plastic under blanket would not be good in hot weather , very crinkly

Booked an out of season break in February 2018, it was very cheap. The apartments were really good. They were clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and the shower very effective. The kitchen was big and very well equipped. Yes there was a deposit to pay - 100 Euro or £80, but this was returned at the end of the stay. Having read about not getting toilet rolls we didn't even ask.
The apartments are near to the beach and all the other amenities. They are about a 20 minute stroll from Old Benidorm, which is fantastic.
We took the bus to Altea, 1.50 Euro each way and well worth it.
We walked to the cross, about 45 minutes and hard going, but worth it for the views.
We didn't eat at the apartments and only had one drink there so couldn't comment on that.
Just round the corner from the apartments, opposite direction to the beach, is a place called La Murada which I would recommend for coffee, wine, beer and food.
