Very friendly and helpful staff. Great accommodations, perfect location in Central but calm block. Everything you may need is within walking distance. Excellent restaurant Ex Libris right next door.
Absolutely my first choice in Madrid.

Stayed: June 2018, travelled with family

I stayed here with my daughter for 5 nights. I was sorry that I committed to 5 nights because other than its location, and the size of the bathroom, I have nothing good to say about this hotel. It's ranked as a 4 star hotel, but in my opinion, it's only at a 3 star level at best. The lobby was small and uninviting, the service was minimal, the furnishings were old and unattractive, the room was cramped (other than the large bathroom). The only plus is the smartphone that they offered to use while we were there with free internet and international calls. But - the apps you can use are minimal, so you need your own smartphone as well.
Sure, the location of the hotel is good - but there are many additional hotels in the area...

Dear traveller,
We want to thank you for sharing your opinion about us with all the travellers, we appreciate it.
First of all we want to say you that we are very sorry because the hotel didn’t covered your expectations. We always try to give you all the best to make a pleasant stay but sometimes it is not enough.
We are very careful when we upload the descriptions of the hotel in all the reservation websites. We try to be realistic we never lie, we are as you can read in our descriptions and also as the guests write about us in sites as Tripadvisor.
Thank you for your remark about our Handyphone. This telephone includes free internet access inside and outside the hotel, free phone calls to all the European Union, USA, Rusia, Israel… This smartphone has some standards apps, for example google maps… if you need more you can download in google play store, it is easy.
We hope that at least you liked Madrid, we hope you visit our City as soon as you can.
Best regards
David Cachavera

Stayed 4 nights at this hotel. Rooms were very nice, large bathroom and comfortable bed. Location was great, basically in Chueca district. Reasonably close to metro stops. Calm atmosphere for rest. I recommend it.

Dear traveller,
Thank you for your comment, we really appreciate it.
The hotel is situated in Chueca district one of the most alive of Madrid full of restaurants, bars and shops and really close to the main attractions of the city. It is also a neighborhood with small quiet streets as ours which permit a good rest.

We stayed only 1 night at this hotel. Staff was very nice and helpfull. Location is fantastic, near stores, the Gran Vía, restaurants and bars.
We had breakfast in a coffee place nearby which was ok.
The hotel is walking distance from metro and train stations (Renfe Cercanías).

This was our third time to Madrid and this was the best hotel of the three; would definitely stay at the Lusso Infantas again. It was quiet (for Madrid); slept with the window open because the AC wasn't on yet and the only thing that woke me up was the trash truck in the morning. With the window closed it was very quiet. Room had plenty of space; the bathroom was large and newly renovated and the Wi-Fi was strong and fast. It was an easy walk to the Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Salamanca shopping district and Prado. Towels, bathrobes and slippers were high quality. We did not pay extra for breakfast.

Dear guest,
We would like to thank you for taking some time to share your experience in our hotel.
We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. The hotel, even if it is in the city centre is situated in a small quiet street which makes rest easiest. We are close to the main touristic places of Madrid like Puerta del Sol, Mayor Square or the museums as Prado.
The AC issue is difficult because every people need a different thing so we have to look for a middle point. We want that the guests stay was as good as we can and we think our rooms are well equipped with the amenities, the WIFI and we also have SMART TV.
We hope to see you again next time you came to Madrid
