This is a must do! We had loads of laughs and fun making Sangria and Tapas. Then we were shown how to make the most delicious Paella. We listened in on the traditions of cooking Paella, Sangria and Tapas and the other ways to prepare it. We had a small group and a very nice bar to watch and help prepare the Paella. There was plenty of food and laughs to go around. What also made it a great night was the reasonable cost, much cheaper than a touristy restaurant. I will go again just for the atmosphere and friendliness (and of course the paella and sangria)
I even bought a paella dish/pan!
