We booked the Montserrat hald day tour and the afternoon tour which combines La Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, La Perdredafa and Dada Batttlo!
It was amazing - ourtour guides were knowledgable and we could see the highlights! We plan to book another tour with them tomorrow

We bought two tours from them. The "hop on hop off" bus and the Familia church guided tour. We dealt with the staff at the office near Placa de Cataluna and the staff at the office across from the Familia church. I found the staff at the Familia location lacking in customer service skills.
The red tour bus is well worth the money
The guided tour of Sagrada Familia is of mixed opinions. He was very knowledgeable of the church yet his accent made it difficult to understand him. The tour seemed very rushed. He held a white folded piece of paper in the air for you to keep track of him in the crowds of people. This means you need to really keep a eye on him during the tour or you could loose him in the crowds. I do appreciate this was a "fast track" into the church (not having to wait in line for tickets)
