Had an amazing stay in villa can miro, its even better than the pictures. Its in a perfect location if you want to be near buzzing ibiza town but have wonderful peace and quite and a taste of the beautiful countryside. Its just two miles north of the town. Can miro backs onto a stunning valley full of olive groves and fruit trees, you can literally pick lemons off lemon trees from the back wall.My last day there i was up at dawn and sat on the back wall and heard the whole bird population of the valley serenade the suns coming under a majestic pink sky,and in 5 minutes your in wonderful old ibiza town in a taxi. The villas beautifully decorated with sublime art by the owners daughter Aida, much of the art her own creation, and she had a bottle of champagne and a warm welcome awaiting us when we arrived. The pool is amazing,7 foot deep and no chlorine and spotless.Aidas father and mother are very friendly when we saw them once or twice,Aidas father gave us in a big bowl of fresh apricots straight off the tree in the garden. The barbecue area is amazing and sheltered when you want to get in out of the sun (us all being pasty irishmen) and the villa inside is rustic, cool and pristine.Couldnt recommend this place enough,we'll definitely be back, thanks Aida and the Miro family, you rock! Villa can miro was an excellent choice for us - an 8 people group. Enough space for everyone to sleep, nice bathrooms, even one in the outside area by the pool.
The house was built in a typical Balearic style which is in a great shape with cool equipment like a sweet Bluetooth stereo and a barbeque place outside by the pool.
The owners - Guealletano and Rosa - live nextdoor and offered help whenever needed, but we only had one issue with the toileta nd sink so we barely got to see them. Their welcoming though was very warm and charming which made us feel at home - kinda like mi Casa es tu casa :)
We would definitely come here again when staying with a lot of people as the house is great and the location is pretty convenient to get to playa d'en bosse or Evissia. By taxi it's around 10€ to the city. Supermarket is around 2km - so definitely recommend a car!
