“Amazing Location”

We loved the apartment! Yes, there are stairs, but nothing strenuous for an able person. I wouldn't recommend it for a person that has difficulty with stairs. The luggage lift was a definite bonus as we had heavy suitcases. The place overlooks a square and is perfect for walking to sites, restaurants, shopping and bars. Also easy to give directions to the taxi drivers as they all know the famous church in the square.
Francisco was a great help and source of information.
The main bedroom was quiet but the 2nd bedroom was noisier on a night of heavy partying in a bar nearby.
Overall, I would stay here again. And especially in Sevilla - what an amazing city!

“Great location...but you sure need to be fit!”

The location can't be beat. The best churros ever 2 min walk away at El Comercio bar, in the centre of shopping and sights in Seville. Service was great and friendly even when we arrived at the ungodly hour of 11PM. The apartment was well appointed and the terrace had great views. The steep stairs of cold marble (?) were however not something we enjoyed clambering up and down from entry to bedroom to kitchen and living room. Luckily there is a luggage lift. Still gave me creaking knees. At least we burned off the calories from the churros.

“Enjoyable stay”

This apartment was in a perfect location for our needs. It was right on the Plaza del Salvador, and from the balcony, there was a bird's eye view over the plaza. It was within easy walking distance to many of the main sites - Cathedral and Alcazar (5 mins), Casa Pilates (8 mins), Constitution Ave and tourist bureau (10 mins), Plaza de Espana and Maria Louisa Park (15-20 mins). Nearby was also the main shopping precinct, many restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. There was a taxi rank just around the corner and the taxi took just 20 minutes to get to the airport (in light traffic), at a cost of 25 euros.

This air-conditioned apartment on the second and third floors of the building (the top two floors) was tastefully decorated and amenities were in good condition. On the second floor were the two bedrooms, the smaller one facing onto the Plaza (which could be noisy at times), with the larger bedroom at the back having a small sitting area and en suite. Up a small, steep staircase, was access to the living and dining area, kitchen, and second bathroom. There was a small balcony off the living area which overlooked the plaza (this is where we spent a lot of time as it had a great view). The kitchen was small, but adequate and there was a washing machine, but no dishwasher. Whilst there was wifi provided, it proved unreliable and dropped in and out during our stay.

Enquiries, booking process and check-in were handled in a timely and efficient manner. I would stay in this apartment again if in Seville. It was very enjoyable.

“Fabulous private terrace in quiet section of historical Barrio”
Reviewed 15 June 2013 for a stay in May 2013

Francisco, the owner, was charming, helpful & considerate.
The main attractions are the location & private terrace. Terrace is very large, with nice wood dining table & chairs, plus lounge chairs. You are right in the old historic Barrio Santa Cruz. 2 small plazas between you & the Alacazar, Cathedral & Giraldo tower. Very quiet in apartment for sleeping.

One note - the last few streets to the apartment are too narrow for cars. So you must be able to carry your luggage this part. Francisco met me at "Las Columnas" a famous bodega cafe nearby & helped me with my luggage. This apartment is well worth the effort! And this bar became our "go to" place for morning coffee & evening tapas. Great place with fun people who work there. Say hola to Manolo the bar owner.

The apartment was very spacious with lots of windows. 2 bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds. Downstairs BR was small but upstairs BR was large. 2 Bathrooms, one next to each BR. Bathrooms had good showers. Living room / dining room was cozy & functional. The apartment is one of 9-10 built around central courtyard. All seemed to be owned by locals, so you really feel like you are a local when you stay here! Carmen lives next door. Very friendly. She cares for the plants & resident turtle. Ole!
