Perfect location on edge of fountain plaza across from cathedral. Nice & welcoming and not too formal entry (felt comfortable with children) . Nice staff. Buffett than expected room for European standards. Had 2 singles side by side with extra daybed.well appointed bathroom with bidet, deep tub dual shower, all necessary soaps etc including toothbrush. Quiet. Good breakfast (add'l 15 euros) in nice Crystal Room. Walking distance to everything.

Perfect location and the roof top terrace with pool and bar was outstanding! Lots of tourists and locals choose to visit the roof top late afternoon and into the evening. There are even misters to keep you cool during the hot sunny days. We would consider ourselves fortunate if we are able to visit this hotel again sometime.

This hotel is perfectly placed to explore the old city. It is also surrounded by bars and restaurants. The hotel is a mini museum with the paintings and furniture very Spanish and atmospheric. We had a superior double room which was large, a lovely bathroom with bath and shower and a quiet position overlooking a side street. On the roof is a pool and bar, the pool is small but the view is amazing over the Cathedral.

This is actually a palace and across the street from the cathedral. Staff is very friendly and they have a daily walking tour. Rooftop pool and bar are also great. Super good value!!!

Make sure you reserve ahead for the alcazar and cathedral. Lines are brutal.

The only thing this hotel has going for them is the location. The room was quite large but their definition of a "double bed" for 2 was two twin beds (with mattresses hard as floors) pushed together with separate bedding. With exception to one bellman the front desk staff lacked any smile or enthusiasm. One was helpful with booking a Flamenco show but another seemed bothered by any other questions we had. I realize language was a barrier but we tried our best to communicate. The 3 star rating really is an average as it is 5 on location but really a 2 on everything else. The rooftop pool/lounge had lovely views and was a nice place to relax before getting ready for evening festivities.
