Yesterday we went to Azabache, top Quality!
Now we decided to go to Bar Restaurante “ Juan Jose “. Known because it’s wonderful Tortilla de patatas.
After a beer (Cruz Campo) we ordered a tapa de tortilla de patata, an Ensalada de pulpo and finally Taquitos de Rape.
Everything of irresistible quality.
Waiters again so nice and extremely hard working.
The place itself is nice and very lively and thank God only Spanish people. Located outside the city center.
Again we have we had wonderful experience for only 32€!!

Probably one of the best restaurant of Huelva since its opening more than twenty years ago.
It is not located in the city center but in a quiet neighbourhood 20 minutes walking from the center, but it is this nice walk.
As other reviewers have pointed out, the awar-winning "tortilla de patatas" is one the the hightlights of this great restaurant. This "tortilla" is a must and you can try it with or without handmade mayo, I recommend the latter.
The menu is limited but anything on it is extremaly tasty and delicious. This is much better than the never ending menus with dozens of dishes. You have seasonal fosh and food and a range of 10 or 15 different dishes, all of them delicious. And that is the point, offering only the best.
Staff is kind, courteos and even funny at times.
Give it a try, you won´t regret it!!

Juan Jose is best known for their award-winning tortilla española. I was hesitant at first, that my friends and I have found it to be rather addicting and we go fairly often. The waiters are very friendly and of the many times I've eaten there, I've never had a bad experience at Juan Jose.

I come here several times a week for breakfast, and we also do the occasional lunch & dinner. Wonderful tortilla and fried fare. Nice, casual place to hang out, and the food is good (though not very varied) and the prices are reasonable.
