We were 4 people who booked the apartment for 4 nights. The owners responded immediately to any email and request. As the doors and handles were creaking, which woke us during the night, I wrote an email to "Herminia" and they oiled all the doors and handles that day, which sorted this problem. There was no hairdryer as advertised, but we received it on the following day of our arrival. The bed and mattress in the first room on the left was very uncomfortable as you roll to the middle and the bed was squeaking. The apartment was very dated. Some switches did not work and some electrical plug sockets were hanging out of the wall and one was broken. This could be considered a health and safety issue. One lamp in the Sitting-room did not work. Coffee cups were tiny, breadboard was old and shoddy. No colander. TV was only in Spanish. You get what you pay for. The photos must have been taken a long time ago. The accommodation could be suitable for young backpackers only.

The 6 of us booked this apartment for 8 nights from 28th august till 5th September and it was a perfect location for us just at the tip of Albaysin area. We used it as a base from which we travelled to see the south of spain.
Its quite spacious, clean with good natural light coming in. The owner is very helpful and she is always available to answer any questions you may have (we did on whatsapp).
2 small issues which may be nothing major to some of you:
1) the double beds in the 2 bedrooms could be 2 single beds. If someone wants, could push them together to make it a double (helps if everyone wants a bed but your stuck with a double)
2) because its an apartment in a large block, there are neighbours to think about below and next door. As you come in late for instance, you got to be very careful not to upset permenant residents.
