Typical basic hotel. Staff were polite and helpful. Rooms basic and air conditioned. Food was ok,choice of hot and cold buffet we would go again as its good value. Near the beach and about 20 minutes walk from the main tourist area and town square.

We stayed in Hotel Parasol Garden for one week in september. It was nice and warm, one day there was up to 37 degrees. But the sea was very cold. The hotel staff is very helpful and the rooms was nice and clean. The beds was a little bit too hard. Breakfast was ok. It is a fine area for walking, and the beach promenad was full of restaurants, bars and souvenir shops. Totally we had a very plesant stay and may come back.

The hotel is situated very close to the beach, 150 meter. From Malaga airport you can take the train to the `La Colina ` station, about 12 minutes and from the station walking distance (10 min)
Pro: Reception staff, dinner food, pool area, suite rooms, cleanliness, different entertainment activities, playing room + table tennis and kids play area.
Cons: Food Quality and service in the breakfast
Room are not equipped with iron, kettle and fridge,
Amenities: lots of bars and restaurants near.
Overall was a good experience

Room Tip: Best room is family rooms and suite!

I visited this hotel with my husband for four nights in July for his 60th birthday. We had a nice break and was a bit apprehensive after reading reviews about the food but we found we could eat everything that was on offer and contrary to a lot of previous reviews the food was not cold.

We did not have all inclusive but half board as we wanted to eat out locally.

There are a couple of criticisms. The hotel is rather dated. We have a very big room with a lot of space for our clothes and the air-con was great - we also had a ceiling fan, but the décor was very dated and was surprised there was no hairdryer which is pretty much standard now in all hotels. Also we could have done with a fridge in the room - appreciated it was only a 3 star but would not have minded paying for it.

It was OK for a few nights but would rather pay and stay for a 4 star hotel if I was going for a week or longer.

I could not comment on the entertainment as we did not stay in the hotel in the evening.
