French School or youth group staying on our floor. From 11.30pm 2 hours of loud noises doors slamming on the first night ask them to keep it down. But got worse, rang reception and things got a bit better next night was quieter. 3rd night doors being kicked and door slammed. Had to get security to come up on to the floor as French staff could not be found.
The walls and doors are paper thin you can here everything from toilet flush and showers running. Not that great of experience as a young family.
Hotel food good.
Staff lovely and friendly.
Room small but ok very clean. Not bad location, everything within walking distance.
All in all never experienced this behaviour before in a hotel.

We gave stopped here many times and return because of the benefits this hotels offers.
The hotel is less than 100 meters from the beach, with the hotel garden leading onto the prominade. This offers anyone with a wheelchair or buggy easy access to a pleasant walk along the sea front. It is possible to walk direct to Belamedina harbour in less than hour as long as you don't stop too many times at the many cafe and stalls along the way.
The hotel is always clean and tidy and rooms serviced daily. If using the restaurant the food is fresh and of good quality.
Although we don't spend a lot of time in the hotel as we enjoy sight seeing and walking they offer a good selection of activities and pool area pleasant. Torremolinos has access to many organised trips and has a good bus and train service which allows independant access to many attractions. With a good supermarket opposite the hotel for bottled water etc this hotel makes holiday easy.

Stayed here for a short Easter break. Brilliant location, hotel backs on to the beach. Rioms very clean and modern. The food was okay nothing special. I feel could of been more selection. The staff were very friendly both on reception and around the hotel. I would happily stay here again.

Where to start!? We visited from 26th-30th March arriving on the Monday afternoon and the weather was amazing. Our transfer was only 15 mins from the hotel as we booked a private car. The girl on reception was very helpful (as was everyone behind there!) We were told we would be staying on the 8th floor but it was more like the 9th as the lift goes to 8 but we had to walk up a short flight of stairs to our room. The room itself was very small but immaculate, with 2 single beds pushed together instead of a double as we were hoping for, a shower the size of a McDonald’s tray and a window that wouldn’t look out of place in a prison! We got ourselves unpacked and had a wander around the resort. As a whole it’s a very nice place to be but only when you don’t have to deal with the waiting/bar staff! They only seem to pay attention to all inclusive guests, if you didn’t have a wrist band on, they didn’t want to know! We were full board so were expecting to have to pay for drinks but we weren’t even asked if we’d like to order any! You even have to pay for water (€2.30, But luckily there’s a supermarket just outside the front gate that has a 3.5ltr bottle for less than €1). The food was awful and was pretty much the same thing every night! Very boring! Our first night was disrupted by the elevators slamming up and down and making unnecessary bonging noises!
We spoke to reception who were again more than helpful and they changed our room to one on the first floor. What a contrast to the first one we were put in! At least double the size, a double and single bed, a very big bathroom with a bath/shower and sliding patio doors! The one thing that confuses me is how BOTH rooms we stayed in were classed as ECONOMY and cost exactly the same per night??? The walls are very thin and the gaps between a doors and frames are very big so the rooms are quite noisy (there was hardly any carpet about for sound insulation, which would have helped a lot!)
The poolside areas are nice with quite a lot of room but we spent most of our time on the beach as it was quite busy during the afternoons or walking along the beach front. Torremolinos as a whole is a very nice, quiet, clean place to visit but we definitely won’t be staying at this hotel if we decide to return! Definitely not a 4* experience!
