I have stayed in this apartment complex for three years and this is the first time I have been disappointed. The complex remains first rate but the apartment has been neglected to the point where it does not meet the description on the website. The pool on the roof is empty because the filtration system is broken (for some time - see photo). The BBQ we were told be the agent we shouldn't use as it probably wasn't safe. The air conditioning, we were told on the Monday before we arrived, had broken. We were given two portable ac units that could cool two of the four bedrooms. Bedroom 4 has no curtains or space for clothing - it's just a bed on the upstairs mezzanine. The DVD player doesn't work. The 3 duvets provided (for 8 beds) are dirty and the wrong size for the beds (king beds and laundry and queen duvets).
Smaller details are a broken tv left in the living room, a smashed sun shade left on the roof terrace, the dining table on the terrace is broken, no pictures anywhere in the apartment, weed filled plant beds and the only apartment I can see with rusting railings.
The agent promised to return on Saturday to address some of the more pressing issues but didn't show. Eventually she sent a text at 9:30pm saying she would come round the following day. Still no sign despite plenty of texts and phone messages.
This place has so much potential and could be great if the agent and owner, spent a few euros fixing it up. The original build quality is high but the finishing touches are lacking. Until this apartment receives some love (look out to see if they put up photos addressing these issue) I couldn't recommend it. I am asking for a partial refund, it's not what I agreed to pay for.
