Our hotel ( Hotel Claude ) recommended this small bistro restaurant to us, how glad we were that we took their advice...... Its superb.... Gabriela and the team do an amazing job, the food is special. For staters we chose a prawn dish , then the turbot on a bed of quinoa and beetroot....historic ! Then strawberries in balsamic vinegar. A nice bottle of Rose helped things along.
