We returned for the fourth time in two years time to the Gran Melia Don Pepe, just to find the service from the Red Glove Staff once more as impeccable as one can expect. The Red Level Lounge now offers a spacious terrace and a dedicated breakfast area was nearly completed (opening end of June, we were told). The hotel is ideally located at the beautyfull Paseo Maritimo between Marbella and Peurto Banus, yet within walking distance of the old city. Many thanks to Abel, Vanessa, Irene, Alex and their staff to turn our stay into the most memorable ever on the Golden Mile and thanks to Rafa - the hyperkinetic :-) Master of the Pool - and his team for taking so well care of us during daytime. See you all back in September! Mieke & Erik

If you want a superb hotel with wonderful, helpful, professional & friendly teams you have to stay here!!

From the minute we arrived to departure the team couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable!

The food in all bars & restaurants is delicious & we strongly suggest taking full advantage of the Red Lounge upgrade.

Sad to leave but we'll be back!

We have always loved this hotel and the staff, and have been visiting for many years.

Everything was perfect, apart from an over abundance of screaming babies and children, taking over the pool and garden areas, which rather spoiled things for other quests requiring a relaxing time.

Sadly, on our next visit to Marbella, we will be booking an adults only hotel.

I have stayed at the Gran Melia Don Pepe 3 times and is always my preferred hotel when I visit Marbella. On this visit I stayed in a red level suite room 501. I took my wife and young daughter so the extra space in the suite was really good for us. Dual aspect balcony was also nice. Red Level service was amazing and the lounge is a nice extra with complimentary drinks and food all day. Beautiful location, helpful friendly staff. I will definitely visit again.

The hotel needs to be repaired!!! The was a terrible smell of sewage in the bathroom. I changed the room, but the smell was also in another room. The were the walls and doors are damaged in the rooms...
