We stayed in this apartment after finding it on Holiday Lettings and was their first ever rental. We have 3 young boys and wanted to be close to Estepona beach which we certainly were. The apartment is on the 5th (top) floor of the very clean apartment building and there is a lift which was very handy with all the things we had to carry to the beach every day. The apartment is right by the beach - in fact there is no road that separated us from the promenade and walking to the beach took us less than 5 minutes. The apartment had all the mod cons you would expect including washing machine, air conditioning, dishwasher, microwave and oven. It was beautifully clean and tidy on arrival and the owner Margot was so friendly and helpful. She met us on arrival and took us around the apartment and gave us a great overview of Estepona and what it had to offer. We were right in the heart of the town which is really picturesque and it had lots of lovely restaurants and cafes and chiringuitos. The sea view from the balcony was unbelievable and on our first night we were lucky to have a birds eye view of the festival of Carmen which took place right below us. The apartment has double glazing with electric shutters in the main room and shutters in all of the bedrooms so it was nice and dark and very quiet at night. It also has a parking space in an underground car park. We are going again next year and would thoroughly recommend this little gem of a place.
