We visited during the week before Easter weekend and when buying tickets asked if the service was running as usual and was told yes. Two hours later the service was canceled and we waited for an hour on two occasions and no bus came. ( roman temple and main train station stop ) Only way to contact the company is through email which takes several hours to get a reply . No phone number on the brochure.
Agent asked for cash when boarding the bus and would not take credit card so obviously could not get a refund through credit card company. customer service says due to Easter weekend traffic was disrupted although all other city buses were running normally. Would not refund money. Said tickets valid for two days bit we only had one day in cordoba.
Stops for the bus and also not well marked so have to ask the local people where bus will stop. Cordoba is quite small , most people would be better off just taking the taxi to most locations instead of using the bus service. We paid €25 per person for four people and used the bus once for three stops .

All the staff were very helpful. We bought the 2 day tour - you buy a ticket at various locations and get a plastic ticket once you board the bus. That plastic ticket is bar coded, so if you have paid extra for entry to various city attractions, the attraction staff scan the ticket to let you in for no further payment - you do have to tell them you have paid as part of the bus ticket, there are no memory joggers. Offers walking tours as part of the basic ticket price which are well worthwhile. Our guide, Pilar, was fluent in both Spanish and English and brought the city to life.

Only reason for 4 stars is that our ticket covered Sunday and Monday, we were only told once we had bought the ticket that most attractions closed early on Sunday and were not open on Monday and by the way, because of a procession the buses will not be covering all of the normal route. Still over the 2 days, with some planning we did manage to see everything we wanted to.

Otherwise the staff were extremely helpful and informative.
There is an app that is supposed to tell you where the buses are, but it only worked intermittently for us.,

There are 2 bus tours. One which uses a minibus goes round the old city and its narrow streets and points out all the mail sites. The open top bus tales you round the more accessible sites away from much of the centre but is also very informative. Excellent value and a good way to see what attractions you want to visit in greater depth

Literally, you can hop on, and hop off you’ve taken a look at whatever district you wanna look closer at!! We had a garden district walking tour by Steve, who was full of interesting stories and knew his information very well!! Both tour guides inside the bus were also personable and had little details to add that made it very enjoyable!!

Excellent tour of Cordoba,. Used both tourist routes which covered all the major points of interest. Some times it was not easy to identify the building referred to in the commentary. The best parts were the 2 walking tours that were included. The guide was exceptionally helpful, catering for the mostly Spanish group and having to repeat it for a second time in English. It was really appreciated. Thanks
We purchased a 2 day pass, but did not use it on the second day. Just buy the 1 day as most of the attractions are in walking distance.
