Don't even think about staying here. It's sad and cheap and barely a three-star hotel. It's their lack of functioning air conditioners, however, that makes the place uninhabitable.
You may get an excuse (the air conditioner broke, it can't cope with climate change), an unhelpful tip (turn it off, then in a half hour turn it on again and see if it works) or a small table fan brought to your room. You may open the window, which helps -- but which also lets in swarms of mosquitoes,, explaining why when you checked in the ceiling was dotted with insect fragments and blood smears.
The people at the desk are well aware of the problem. They are sympathetic. But they will not let you leave without paying a cancellation penalty.
Save yourself a headache along with two hours of your time and four gallons of sweat. Stay somewhere else.More
