I came to Berlin and was overwhelmed by the sheer magnitude of things to do. Tal easily managed to organise this city into digestible bite sized venues. With her knowledge of history, art and folklore she made Berlin accessible and intemate. Not an easy feat when dealing with such a metropolis. She is my go-to guide in Berlin from here on in.

I recently went on a tour in Berlin (story of Berlin and culinary tour) guided by Tal Shifrin.
What can I say, I honestly feel that there could be no match to the tour she provided. An experience I will never forget, and one I will strongly recommend to anyone visiting this amazing city.
Already my family is planning on including this same tour on their 2018 euro trip.

It is not our 1st not 20th visit to Europe. But it is our 1st time to be so amazingly surprised to enjoy a guided tour. a young lady by the name of Tal Shifrin soon to be discovered as an amazingly informative, funny, entertaining and vibrant personality. She knows the city like a true Berliner. We felt with her as if she took us back and forth in time. Every explenation was vivid and to the point. No bla bla bla.youre our guide girl!!!

Well at least it felt like it, I was at a group tour with a guide named Omer. The hospitality and the nice attitude was absolute delight.
I really enjoyed the time and the detailed explanations. The guide Omer was sensitive to the needs and requests of the group.
I will most definitely will recommend to the people who will visit Berlin to take the tour and if they will get Omer as well that would be a bonus.

We took Gablinger tours in a previous visit and were _very_ happy - we even took two trips as a result (see my old review). So when we recently visited again, we went for a private trip - this was amazing, so now that we are considering re-visiting Berlin this summer, I am planning to coordinate another private tour, it was definitely well worth it! (so I also recalled I didn't write yet the review for the private tour - here we go...)

We were a mixed family group, with a very hard-to-please teenager, a very energetic, sport-like six years old and an eleven-years-old who is very sweet, but - isn't very energetic, somewhat overweight, and can get sulky.. So, quite a challenge, you know.
Ah, and quite diverse on food, too... and interests... you get it. Ah and out of our group, at least one person (me) has been to Berlin several times and thought there can't be much new to see... boy was I wrong!

We had very limited time to spend there... that's why we decided this time to go for a private tour. It was just amazing!! Maybe it was just our luck in getting both Tamar and Nadav Gablinger to guide us - not sure how that happened, I guess we were lucky, as obviously we were not supposed to get two guides. They are a married couple and they kept amazing us in their knowledge and humor. They took us to some amazing places with amazing street art, a tiny cell coin-operated disco, an amazing wall-climbing place (and they managed to get _all_ kids really happy - as well as adults), amazing restaurant, and two historical places blended in so nicely that the kids didn't complain a bit (including train station from which Jews were deported, that was very touching). And then the most amazing ice cream to top it all...

Ok this was amazing and definitely we'll do it again next time we're in Berlin.
