At Ecrin Blanc, the friendliness and professionalism of our Staff are two important elements. We do our utmost to provide a relaxed, quality service.
During the school holidays, we welcome up to 400 Guests a day, which requires a bit of anticipation on both sides. That's why we take the precaution of calling all our Guests 8 days before their arrival, and why we include a full tour of the house to explain how it works. Our staffing levels are also carefully calculated to cope with this influx of Visitors.
What a pity you didn't take the trouble to come and taste our simple and generous cuisine.
We are delighted to know that you appreciated the location of our hotel, from which you were able to explore the various resorts that form Courchevel, as well as the access to the Aquamotion, which you were able to enjoy with your family. I hope your children also had a great time at the Kids Club!
You should know that many of our guests share your opinion; the hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars, but rather 5!
There are plenty of hotels on the market, and I hope you find the one that suits you best.
