A hotel with life & soul not just a transaction, Rich and Liz go that extra mile! Best pint of 'proper' cider in town, with great musicians playing on those special nights to recover from the mountains! With a food menu that will satisfy the hungriest alpinist!! Awesomeness in every sense.

Called at this restaurant for an evening meal. The restaurant looked inviting and was attractively set up. The staff were friendly and helpful so we settled in and ordered duck breast for our meal. When it came it was beautifully presented and we thought we had done well. Unfortunately it looked much better than it tasted. It is doubtful if it was hot enough to reach the required temperature and very tough. We have ordered duck breast in several restaurants in the Chamonix area and at 28 euros each this was the most expensive. A very disappointing, and expensive, meal. .

Came here last weekend for a 50th birthday celebration and what an amazing time was had by all. The receptionist was a great laugh and even game me some French bread when we were too tired to walk to town to get food. I locked myself out (well a friend kept accidentally stealing my key) and Richard the manager didn’t kick off at me and was always very welcoming. Rooms are comfortable and the hotel is right opposite Mont Blanc and stunning scenery. There is a bus stop a few metres away and a station next to a gorgeous lake just a few mins from the hotel too

Really friendly place. excellent staff, great food, really good ale. Staff can't do enough for you. 20 min walk from the town centre - 30 in ski boots! After we found out the last bus is 745pm. Would definitely stay again for a weekend in Chamonix.

Dined here on Sunday as a party of 8. The roast dinner was AMAZING!! The beef was cooked to perfection. This was finished off by a delicious espresso martini.
The bar tender Benoit is the MAN! Highly recommend a visit to Le Vert for dining or drinks.
