I went on the Arête des Cosmiques climbing with Tristan and then on the glacier tour from Punta Helbronner to Aiguille du Midi with Clovis. Both are the most professional, kind, caring, experienced and attentive guides.
Arête des Cosmiques was my first time ever on the glacier, I was excited and scared and all sorts of emotional 😄 Tristan made sure I had the best day, he really took care of me both in his advice in the preparation for the climbing and during. I felt on top of the world and always very very safe.
On the glacier traverse with Clovis he also made sure I had the best and safest experience, was super attentive and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend them highly enough. These professionals risk their lives to share the beauty of the high mountains with people like me who don’t have experience to go on their own.
It’s always a great pleasure to be high on the mountains. However, being up there with incredible guides opens up a completely new level of excitement and adventure. I feel very thankful and happy, and already going with them again in September:).

We did a white water rafting experience with Chamonix Guides on 2nd August. Really well organised and professional operation, brilliant photography of our time at a very reasonable price. Thankyou to our excellent rafting guide Wolter. Lovely hot showers afterwards to warm up. One of the best activities we did on our 10 day trip.

I heard about Compagnie des Guides de Chamonix from a friend took TMB. It turned out it is a non for profit organization put together by all guides. Six of us booked the 6 day TMB group guided tour. We had a great time. Laura is a amazing guide and a wonderful food shopper. The lunch she prepared for all of us is delicious! She is also very cool about one of our friends took a hour long “conference call” during the hike. The food at the French’s hotels is impressive that I would just hike for it. The food is good at Italian’s and so so at Swiss’. The group rate is very reasonable including the guided tour, 3 meals and hotels. We enjoyed the trek so much and would like to hike more next year!
