This was our first trip to Nice and choose the flat based upon location. It is within easy walking distance to the seafront, Vieux Nice, and the train station. The street on which it is located has numerous small shops, restaurants, and a Carrefour supermarket in less than a 2 block radius. The neighbourhood is pleasant, sufficiently convenient, without being in the midst of the mayhem and noise of the tourist centre.
The flat is finished to a very high standard. Of note, the bedding and towels are of a higher quality than we usually find in a holiday let. The kitchen and bathroom are exactly as pictured in the photos, well appointed (the dishwasher was a very nice surprise), and spotlessly clean upon arrival. The bedroom is cozy but the bed is very comfortable with good quality pillows and mattress.
We had the pleasure of meeting the owner who proved very helpful in accommodating our late arrival and ensuring all was well sorted so that we could enjoy our stay. We would stay here again if and when we return to Nice.
