Booked the hotel based on the location and it did no disappoint. Right next to the sea, old town and harbour. Fantastic views, staff and all round experience. Great, great and great.

Breakfast was lovely and relaxed and also a great view over the beach and sea.

Hotel Suisse is a modern, clean, well-maintained hotel in a great location on a hill overlooking the water and in easy walking distance to old town, beach, and museums. Room facilities are modern, although the shower head is still European style and not well designed. Front desk staff are professional, helpful, and attentive.

My room was on a low floor facing traffic, which is noisy. Try to get a room on a higher floor. No iron in the room, which should be a basic thing to include.

Room Tip: Get a higher floor to avoid traffic noise

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. We got a room that had a water view, and the view from the room was fantastic. Sure, it's on a busy street, but the window was really sound proof.

The location was great - within walking distance to more restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. The room was clean and had your typical amenities. Staff was super friendly.

One morning, we did purchase the breakfast there and we're glad we tried it but wouldn't necessarily recommend it as there are a ton of places in town.

Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend.

What a fantastic was to start our holiday in France! The perfect location for a hotel, over looking the Promenade Des Anglais. If nothing else the view is worth the stay. But having said that we experienced wonderful service from Jennifer and Bahia who went out of their way to help us with recommendations from eateries to the least expensive parking spots in town. Bahia even let us use her own umbrella one evening when the weather wasn't the best.

We stayed on the fifth floor (highly recommended) and had the most wonderful view and it didn't matter whether it was day or night, the view was spectacular. Pretty much everything worth seeing in Nice is walking distance from Hotel Suisse.

Room Tip: Spectacular views from the fifth floor qwith balcony

A truly striking hotel in the most incredible location! In fact, challenge anybody to find a hotel with a better location in Nice!
Situated at the end of the famous Promenade des Anglais, this hotel boasts access to most key points in the town. You are literally a one minute stroll from the promenade, two minutes from the beach, five minutes from Cours Saleya, and about 15 minutes to the main shopping areas, both old and new.
You can catch the open-top tour bus nearby also, and the bus stop taking you along the coast road and into Monaco is 10 minutes in the opposite direction!
You have so many options to explore the beautiful town from this wonderful hotel.
The hotel in itself is absolutely beautiful, and looks so grand and prominent in its location. You can see it straight away when driving towards it alongside the promenade!
Inside, it's just as stunning as it is out. It's clean, cosy, modern, chic and airy. I was blessed to have a room on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the promenade and the spiraling coastline beyond. I loved sitting out on my balcony in the mornings as the sun came up and the town burst into life. It was exactly how I imagined Nice to be: relaxed, sophisticated, and classy!
The breakfastst is fantastic: there is so much selection, and if you can grab a window seat, you too will be greeted by amazing views out across the coast.
The staff really make this hotel. They are so friendly, helpful and professional. They were always on hand to help whatever the query, and always greeted everybody with a genuine, warm smile. You feel so looked after at this hotel.
I would really recommend a trip to the Cours Saleya flower market, as previously stated, a five minute walk from the hotel. I have never seen so many enchanting colours in my life as I did there! Utterly beautiful.
You just can't this hotel! If you are looking for the true Nice experience with breathtaking views, perfect location, tentative staff and good food, then look no further!
