“Good choice for a couple in Old Town”
Reviewed 11 April 2014 for a stay in March 2014

We stayed four nights in this apartment in late March, and found it comfortable, nicely furnished with modern appliances, and good value for the area. It has a lot of character as the original structure is from around 1780. It is close to things such as groceries, shopping, and public transportation. Petit Syrah on nearby Rue Cassini has great lunch, and a wonderful selection of wine as the owner was a sommelier. The bedroom is large and comfortable. Expect some street noise, as there are narrow alleys and the buildings are all close together, and yes there are church bells during the day from 7 AM. It is a third floor apartment with no elevator, so that could be a concern for some with mobility problems. Also it took us a while to figure out the double lock system on the apartment door, but once we realized the locks close in opposite directions, things were a lot easier. We’d be happy to return to this place and this part of France.

“Great location well equipped apartment”
Reviewed 22 March 2014 for a stay in March 2014

Had such a great stay well situated for restaurants beach and shops. Can't wait to repeat our trip. Good size bedroom, well equipped bedroom and small but adequate bathroom. Sweet balcony to enjoy sunny breakfasts. Well equipped kitchen with full size oven and washing machine.

“A perfect apartment”
Reviewed 18 February 2014 for a stay in February 2014

The apartment is perfect for a short trip to Nice. The location is excellent, and is really easy to find of Palace Garibaldi, where the bus from the airport stops. Down a narrow street with locals living on, it's getting into the real Nice.

The only drawback (not for us) is the 3 flights of stairs up to the apartment, but they weren't too bad.

Inside all is modern and fresh, with everything you need for a holiday base. A brilliant shower, a large bedroom, with a very comfy bed. The living area is small but perfectly formed, and there is even a hairdryer, iron and washing machine should you need it.

I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

“Perfect base in Old town Nice”
Reviewed 14 January 2014 for a stay in December 2013

This apartment is nicely tucked away in the charming alleys of the Old Town, with super proximity to all major attractions. Bus stand is a few minutes walk from where you can go to Monaco, Cannes, Antibes etc. Supermarket is next door, but we always tried going down to the morning fresh market near the sea to get our groceries. Well equipped apartment, so you need not worry to make an extended stay. Also within a 10 min walking radius are some wonderful restaurants, making the location even more tempting. Only drawback is the 3 floor walk up, which was challening with our baby stroller. Overall a great apartment for holiday in the French Riviera and highly recommended.
