“Great Location/Superior Facilities”

This property is excellent for location and superb in the household facilities, very clean and up to date interior, comfortable beds and very calm and relaxing atmosphere, outside area overlooking the beach and has sea views, very close to the shops and areas of interest.

Apartment was lovely and well equipped perfect for the beach and close to the town centre just a 5 minute stroll. Owner could not have been more helpful. We chose the perfect time for our holiday for the Cannes boat show.
Our only negative point would be the road junction outside which was extremely noisy as it was a priority to the right which many drivers failed to acknowledge which caused much beeping of car horns all day long.

I'm so pleased you enjoyed your stay, it is important to me that my guests are happy.
I am sorry that you found the traffic beeps a bit intrusive, this comes and goes and there can be days of perfect motorist behaviour, it is the issue of the unusual right of way with as you say not everyone understanding it, I've found that it does blend into the background and of course it is at busy times of the day and not morning or evening/night, there are plans in place to make the coast road into one way and change priorities.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is really near the beach (40 meters from the sea).
Close to the Croisette.
The apartment is well equiped (WIFI, Parking place, complete kitchen). It was very clear and clean.
Maybe one of the bathrooms and the cupbords needs to be refreshed.
We spent a wonderful stay in this clear place.
Elisabeth was a great and charming hostess.

Spacious & airy apartment in a superb location. Exceptionally close to the beach, with the main centre of Cannes only a few minutes walk away. Shops, amenities and a large selection of restaurants all within very easy reach. Would definitely recommend this property. Owner very helpful.
