2 week holiday - 15th to 29th August 2015 - Travelled with my wife and 2 children aged 9 and 5.
Arrived late on the Saturday night having flown into Nice we were met at the apartment around 11pm by Gaby who was friendly and gave us a quick tour and chance to ask some questions.
What a great location! Very central and close to the beach and shops. Old town is a 15/20 minute walk away but numerous restaurants are close by. There is a local supermarket within walking distance and a larger carre-four hyper market 15 minute drive away.
The apartment is just the right size for a family of four and fully furnished, comfortable and clean, with all items that you need (inc washing machine and all pots and pans). Two great balconies for relaxing or eating on and stunning views from the front balconies in the morning/evening. A great place to sit and watch the world go by, the large TV and free Wi-Fi was a plus and meant the kids could use the iPad. The apartment comes with an allocated parking space, which is gated so nice and secure. No noise from any of the neighbours, overall a very nice apartment in a great location.
Day trips/places to visit
Antibes is a lovely place, from old town just up the road to Juan-les-pins on the west coast, we hired a car for trips to Nice, Cannes, Monte Carlo, local national parks, Vence and into the hills for some spectacular views at Gourdon
Literally across the road from the apartment, it got very busy at times but it was mid/late august, get there early to pick the best spot, otherwise you have to wait for people to vacate a spot. Combined with the 30 degree heat there was no complaints from us. The beach was clean and the kids loved swimming in the sea every day.
In summary a great holiday rental in a great location, we would happily return again.

We stayed in this apartment in July and thoroughly enjoyed it, great for accessing two beaches which were literally just across the road. Only a short walk to some good restaurants and if you like fish you must try Albert 1st. We loved old Antibes and the harbour there was less than 15 mins walk along the coastal path. Very well appointed apartment and it was great to have private off the road parking. Would defiantly recommend it.
Accommodation as described and handy for public transport, provisions, eating places and swimming. Opposite a clean sandy beach that in mid/late September was not crowded midweek. The walk round the Cape headland to Juan le Pins was a challenge! The Le Salis area was a good choice (without a car) as we were able to travel along the coast and inland by bus/train - cheap, plentiful and reliable.
Gaby dealt with our queries with patience and good humour and kindly dropped us off at the bus stop for our return journey to Nice Airport. The property owner was most helpful throughout.
We look forward to returning to the area and more exploring.
This flat is perfectly located, close to the lovely 'Salis' beach and the old town, well-placed for exploring the beautiful coast between Nice and Cannes. Balconies facing east and west offer lovely views of the Cap and of Nice bay. The flat is well-equipped, quiet and comfortable, in an accessible building. It is a highly recommended holiday rental.
An excellent apartment with stunning views. Very well located and in close proximity to the old town and neighbouring resorts. Very comfortable and clean with all facilities included and just a stones throw to the beautiful beach. We had a thoroughly brilliant holiday and Gaby made us very welcome. Would not hesitate to recommend to everyone. Looking forward to a return visit - many thanks. Jo and Steve.
