The house is very comfortable for a family since it has a lot of rooms and the furnitures are chosen that we can feel as if we are at home. Dany and Claude are really nice host being discreet and yet helpful. The pool is great for the children. They love it. It is also very great start for a lot of interesting places such as Nimes, Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, Camargue and a lot of other things. There are a lot of things to discover! We had also luck with the weather Thanks Dany and Claude for your hospitality. It was really a pleasant stay!
We are a family of four (including two boys aged 9 and 11). Correspondence was fantastic even before we arrived, and once we did we were made to feel very much at home. Everything you could possibly want for a relaxing and beautiful holiday is right at Mas Ballot. The small village has fantastic little shops and nearby Arles is a must. The boys loved it as they could play in the pool, boule or table tennis. We had time to paint and truly relax as a family. Would I go back to Mas Ballot? Absoultely, without doubt. In fact we're even making plans towards returning already (ps the homemade jam was delicious). Love Mas Ballot

The Mas Ballot is a lovely place to recover from a city stay--such as Paris or Toulouse. It was restful, well equipped, and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed Dany and Claude as well as the property, as they are lovely people with a strong desire to make your stay memorable.
We stayed at Mas Ballot during the Easter holidays with 2 small children. The accommodation could not have been better for us, as there are so many features that made our life easier – first and foremost, the ponies that fascinated our youngest, but also the large garden, securely fenced off to the road, with toy trucks, boule, goldfish and more. Being able to park on the property, the washing machine, dryer, DVD player, bathtub, high chair, cot, and a barrier to close off access to the steep staircase were also important for us. The heating in all rooms worked perfectly as did the wifi. The hosts were a masterful mix between friendly, informative, helpful and yet discreet, and the location was perfect for any number of day trips with short driving times in all directions. Many thanks to Dany and Claude!
We were able to book this house for a last minute stay and were very happy it was available! The house is a provencal french country house. The rooms were filled with antique furniture, the windows were the old wooden ones but with screens to keep the bugs out. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. I suspect Dany could moonlight as a local tourism rep as she was very informative on the local attractions. The use of a washing mavhine halfway through our holiday was very much appreciated! On our way to the outdoor pool we met the friendly family cat and got a peek at the two horses on the grounds. The gardens were beautiful and must be amazing when in full bloom! The only downside to our visit was that it was so short! We will go back and stay longer most definitely!!
